Booking a class here is an inquiry until a coach confirms it, never a binding sale.
These terms cover what Totex Movement Studio provides, how a class card or session gets booked and cancelled, and the studio's guarantee on a first Movement Assessment. Read them beside the margin notes running next to each paragraph.
Effective date
These terms took effect on 7 September 2026 and govern every booking made through totexi.com from that date forward. Where a later version replaces this page, the new effective date printed at the top of it becomes the one that applies, and it replaces this text in place rather than sitting alongside it.
Who these terms are with
These terms are between you and Totexi, trading as Totex Movement Studio, at 109 Oak Lane, Suite 4, Austin, Texas 34275, United States. There is no franchise and no second location; the studio you book is the studio you visit.
What this site provides, and what it does not
This site describes four programs — Group Technique Classes, One-to-One Coaching, a Movement Assessment and a Return-to-Activity Program — and lets you send an inquiry about any of them. It runs a price estimator that produces a band, and a chat widget staffed by the front desk during business hours. It does not provide medical care. Totex teaches movement technique: how a foot sits under a squat, how a hip loads on a step, how a return-to-activity block gets paced against a doctor's clearance. It does not diagnose a condition, does not treat one, and does not replace a physical therapist or a physician. A class is not scheduled, and a Return-to-Activity session is never booked, for anyone with an active injury, an uncontrolled cardiac condition, a pregnancy complication flagged by their own doctor, or no signed clearance letter on file where one is required.
Nothing is sold on this site
There is no cart, no checkout and no card form anywhere on totexi.com. Every form on the site, including the one on the contact page and the link at the end of the estimator, sends an inquiry to the front desk; it does not place an order or take a payment. The number the estimator shows is a price band built from the ranges published on the estimator page itself, not a quote, and it is labelled that way on screen at the same size as the figure, not in smaller print underneath it. An inquiry becomes a booked class or session only once a coach has replied, confirmed a start date, and — for the Return-to-Activity Program — received a signed clearance letter. Until that reply, no place is held.
How anything is priced
Every figure on this site is in US dollars. A Movement Assessment runs $110 to $140 as a one-time flat fee. Group Technique Classes are sold in four-class cards at $224 to $268 a card, never as single drop-ins. One-to-One Coaching runs $95 to $130 per fifty-minute session. The Return-to-Activity Program runs $70 to $95 per session, sold in four-week blocks at a minimum of two sessions a week, and requires a signed clearance letter on file before the first session is booked. A longer commitment prices nearer the bottom of its range than a short one does; that is a card discount, not a promise of an exact number. Your coach sets the final price at the Movement Assessment, in writing, before any card or block is paid for. A price shown on this site can change between the date you read it and the date you book, and the studio is not bound by an old page you printed or screenshotted.
What you may not do here
Do not submit a false clearance letter or claim a condition has been cleared when it has not; the intake screen exists precisely to catch this, and a coach who discovers it later ends the program without a refund of the block already delivered. Do not use the inquiry form or the chat widget to send anything other than a genuine question about a class, a session or a booking — no scraping, no automated submissions, no attempt to extract another client's information. Do not film inside the studio yourself; the tripod camera used for technique review is the studio's own equipment and its footage is not for republishing.
Who owns the words, the photographs and the mark
Every photograph on this site was taken inside the studio for this site and belongs to Totexi. The copy, the estimator's numbers and the Totex name and mark belong to Totexi as well. Nothing here may be copied onto another business's site or used to describe another studio's classes.
Provided as is
This site, its estimator and its content are provided as is, without a warranty that the estimator's band will match the final price a coach sets, that the site will run uninterrupted, or that a class described here will run on every date implied by the page you are reading. The estimator is a planning tool built from published ranges; it is not warranted to be accurate for your specific case, and it is not a substitute for the written figure a coach gives you at your Movement Assessment.
The limit of liability
To the extent Texas law allows it, Totexi's liability arising from your use of this site, or from a booking made after an inquiry sent through it, is limited to the amount you actually paid the studio for the specific class card, session or program in question. Totexi is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including a missed class you could not attend for reasons outside the studio's control.
When access can be refused or withdrawn
A class seat, a coaching session or a Return-to-Activity block can be refused at intake for the reasons stated above: an active injury, an uncontrolled cardiac condition, a flagged pregnancy complication, or a missing clearance letter where one is required. A booked place already confirmed can be withdrawn if the intake information given turns out to be false, or if a client's conduct in the room puts another client or a coach at risk. Withdrawal of a confirmed booking for either reason does not carry a refund of sessions already delivered.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Texas, United States. A dispute arising from them, or from a booking made under them, is heard in the courts of Austin, Texas.
How a change is announced
When these terms change, the new version replaces this page and the effective date at the top of it moves forward. No earlier version is kept live alongside it. A change that affects a program you have already booked and paid for does not apply retroactively to that booking; it applies to bookings made after the new effective date.
A question about these terms
Write to office@totexi.com, call +1 (810) 555-6769, or write to Totexi at 109 Oak Lane, Suite 4, Austin, Texas 34275. The studio's guarantee is set out below, in the same section, because it belongs with the booking terms rather than in a separate policy.
Cancellation
A group class can be rescheduled to another week with 24 hours' notice to the front desk; less notice than that and the class in your card is used regardless of attendance, because the six-person cap means an empty mat cannot be filled from a waitlist at short notice. A One-to-One Coaching session follows the same 24-hour line. A Return-to-Activity block is paced week by week with your coach directly, since missing a scheduled session there can affect how the next one is loaded; talk to your coach rather than the front desk if you need to move one.
A four-class card or a four-week Return-to-Activity block is used within twelve weeks of the first class in it. Cards and blocks do not carry over past that window, and unused sessions inside an expired card are not refunded.
The studio's guarantee
If your first Movement Assessment tells you, and your coach agrees, that none of the four programs fits what you actually need, the assessment fee is refunded in full and no further program is pushed on you. That is the whole guarantee: it covers the fit of the first visit, not a result from any class or session that follows it, because no result is promised by this site or by any coach on staff. "We teach the position. You bring the doctor's clearance" is the line the studio works from, and the guarantee exists to make sure the fit is right before either side commits further.
